The musical score for Da 5 Bloods was written by multiple Grammy Award winner Terence Blanchard. Blanchard opted for a 90-piece orchestra in the room in order to accentuate the emotion. “Terence is a great jazz musician and band player. He brings that wealth of understanding of what music does with colors, shapes, and feeling.” said Spike Lee in an interview with Variety magazine. We can't argue on that, as this is an incredible piece of music.
