The Gibson Les Paul 2017 Standard HP is the flagship of the 2017 range. It marries top-shelf tonewoods with features that make it into a high-performance instrument, hence the HP name. The mahogany body is chambered for weight relief, and has a AAAA Grade Flamed Maple top. The HP sports a Soloist neck profile that offers a new and extremely fast feel. The improved G Force auto tuning system is fast, accurate, great for alternate tuning, and now has even smoother and more silent gears. The HP also sports an adjustable zero-fret titanium nut, a lightweight TOM bridge with titanium saddles and a fast-access neck heel which makes it a dream to play. Burstbucker Pro pickups are combined with revolutionary wiring to give players an incredible array of tonal options.
