Introducing a True Historic Replica of one of the Guitar Collector world's most notorious Les Pauls. One look at "Carmelita" and it is easy to see why the most passionate admirers of original vintage Gibson's have followed her even through multiple nickname changes as each new owner chose to personalize their ownership. Carmelita, as she is referred to now is instantly recognizable for her wide, lush flame, near perfect cherry ‘burst, and a trademark "Claw" in her figured top. Due to the very specific nature of the top flame the final quantity of reproduced Carmelitas will depend on the availability of materials. While the maximum run is set to 300 it's more likely to be closer to 100 units, each with True Historic aged Nitrocellulose "Carmelita ‘Burst" finish, double carved figured Maple top, Mahogany body, bound 12" radius Indian Rosewood fingerboard with the Cellulose Trapezoid inlays on a custom profile shaped Mahogany neck, Burst Bucker #3 bridge and neck pickups, ABR-1 bridge and a lightweight Aluminium stop tailpiece, and Kluson "Deluxe" tuning keys.
