About this product
This is a limited box set vinyl LP pressing of Islands (Remixed) by King Crimson. Islands is the fourth studio album by English band King Crimson and were originally released in December 1971 on the record label Island. This LP is the original studio albums remixed by Steven Wilson & Robert Fripp. Originally begun in 2009 by Steven Wilson & Robert Fripp for King Crimson's 40th anniversary, a series of new mixes were prepared in both stereo & 5. 1 format & issued as CD/DVD-a sets. Islands would be the last King Crimson studio album. It is also the last album to feature the lyrics of founding member Peter Sinfield.
