The MEINL Artisan Edition Flamenco Fandango Line Cajon is an 18" tall instrument constructed of solid 14mm thick Indian Tulypiel Wood, which is carved on the inside, creating a unique, resonating sound. The sharp striking tone can be adjusted with the 16 adjustable vertical strings placed against the ergonomically curved Apple Wood frontplate. Apple is an attractive wood, commonly used in home renovation, and adds to the beauty and elegance to this Cajon. The two tuning screws on the bottom are easily adjusted with the included tuning key for tight or loose string tension, while the soft rubber feet makes sure the cajon stays in place when you play it.
