About This Product

This is an orange vinyl LP pressing of A Night in Tunisia by Art Blakey’s Jazz Messengers. Recorded around 1958, this classic hard bop album features Art Blakey on drums alongside Bill Hardman, Johnny Griffin, Jackie McLean, Sam Dockery, and Jimmy DeBrest. The album includes an extended interpretation of Dizzy Gillespie’s “A Night in Tunisia,” as well as “Couldn’t It Be You?” and Sonny Rollins’ “Evans.” This limited edition is pressed on orange-coloured vinyl, limited to 1,500 individually numbered copies, and housed in a deluxe sleeve with a linen laminate finish.
