This is a vinyl LP pressing of Basie on the Beatles by Count Basie. Count Basie’s exploration of Beatles music began with the 1966 release Basie’s Beatle Bag, arranged by Chico O’Farrill. His second Beatles-inspired LP, Basie on the Beatles, was produced by a smaller label, which soon disappeared, making this album a rare find. This special edition features the complete Basie on the Beatles album, along with the full One More Time LP. The latter showcases exceptional compositions and arrangements by the legendary Quincy Jones.
