This is a vinyl LP pressing of Los Angeles Forum: April 26, 1969 by The Jimi Hendrix Experience. The American singer-songwriter and guitarist originally released his live album on November 18, 2022, via his own record label. Produced by Janie Hendrix, Eddie Kramer and John McDermott, the album was recorded during the group's last North American tour and it features drummer Mitch Mitchell and bassist Noel Redding. This pristine recording, newly mixed by Hendrix's longtime engineer Eddie Kramer, captures the original Jimi Hendrix Experience in its unrivalled, peak form.

The Jimi Hendrix Experience was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992 and the UK Music Hall of Fame in 2005. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame describes him as "arguably the greatest instrumentalist in the history of rock music."
