About This Product

The Seymour Duncan Lipstick Tube for Strat delivers the classic jangly, crisp character of a vintage Danelectro-style lipstick pickup in a convenient Strat-sized drop-in format. Blending Strat-style bounce with signature Dano chime, it produces sharp, articulate cleans ideal for rhythm playing, while offering gritty, snarly breakup when pushed with gain. Built with an Alnico 5 bar magnet and a reduced-size lipstick cover adapted for Strat routing, it installs easily using standard mounting hardware and 2-conductor shielded lead wire. Hand built in Santa Barbara, California and wax pottedfor squeal-free performance, this pickup brings a distinctive, vintage-inspired voice with modern reliability and fit.
