About This Product

This is a vinyl LP pressing of The Game (EU 2015 Reissue) by Queen. The British rock band originally released their eighth studio album on June 30, 1980, via EMI Records. Produced by Reinhold Mack and the band members, the album was recorded at Musicland Studios in West Germany and was the first Queen album to use a synthesizer marking a sonic shift from its predecessor, Jazz (1978). At the Grammy Awards in 1981, Queen and Mack were nominated for Producer of the Year (Non-Classical) while "Another One Bites the Dust" was nominated for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.
